The #on the stickers are all disconnected snd the # I hunted on the web leaves you on terminal hold. I sat 2 separate times for almost 2 hrs and finally gave up. Saved the box wondering if o should send it back while I can

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Junk!!! Touch pad for combination not working at all. Before, after 20 or so tries, it would finally open. Not any more. Will take a video of me easily breaking into it with a grinder and hand tools and will attempt to upload the video. Other sites who sell this safe have some very bad reviews with the EXACT same problem but as you can see, Sentry buries the bad ones and only displays the 5 star ratings. I can confirm this due to my original review on Sentry’s web site never showed up even after getting a confirmation email stating it was received. I registered the safe with Sentry the day I purchased it and after only a few days I discovered it had a major issue unlocking. Also note: Home Depot advised me I needed to deal with the manufacturer directly even though I only purchased it 3 days prior. Buyer Beware!

The operating instructions were simple and clear. There is ample space for our needs. Only storing important papers. Nothing of any great value. The most important features to us are that it is both fireproof and waterproof.

I feel those parts, especially the locking handle should be made of a tougher material. Overall I am quite satisfied with this purchase.
