Solidly built safe to keep your valuables..safe!
I've been using this safe for a little over a month now and so far it's worked exactly how you'd expect it to, which is a good thing. The safe claims to be pry resistant, I gave that a quick test, and it was indeed pry resistant. The inside of the safe is a bit more spacious than its looks suggest which was nice. There's little rails for shelving and a spot to hang keys from if you'd like. There's also a pocket in the door for added storage. The one thing I'd warn against is humidity. If you live in a humid area, or your home gets humid, I'd suggest being careful with what you place in the safe and maybe consider using a drying agent (like a dessicant). All in all I'm quite satisfied with my safe.

Disappointed!
The size of this safe was what I was looking for to protect my documents. However, the width of the interior of the box is too small. I can hardly get file folders to fit in this safe without damaging the sides of the file - very disappointing. I'm annoyed that Sentry Safe could not even add another 1/8"-1/4" the interior width so that one can easily slide file folders into the safe. Also, a shelf was not included, which is fine; but to charge $30 for a cheap plastic shelf is unreasonable.

I Love SentrySafe!
The SentrySafe Fireproof and Waterproof Safe with Dial Combination is hands down the very best! The quality is absolutely superb and it's made very well. The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use. I enjoy having the peace of mind knowing that my valuable belongings are protected. I really like that this safe has 1 hour fire protection, up to 24 hours of protection in up to 5 in of water, and that it has Master Lock Security built in it too. I think it's fantastic that it also has Automatic Steel Bolts, Key Hooks & Door Pocket, as well as a Pry-Resistant Hinge Bar! Overall I give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Offers a peace of mind
My family and I are very happy with this sentry safe. It really offers a peace of mind to have some of our valuables protected in case tragedy strikes. This safe is large enough to store quite a few items and documents, but small enough to conceal easily in the home. It’s not too heavy to be manageable, but it is heavy enough that it would be difficult to steal without causing a scene. I feel secure with the dial combination, no worrying about changing batteries on a keypad style lock. The moisture absorbing packs were something I hadn’t thought about needing, but am glad they included so I can stay on top of preventing mold or mildew. I hope I never have to put it to the ultimate test, but I feel my items are secure in the event of fire or flooding.

Dial combination
The SentrySafe FPW082C fireproof and waterproof safe with dial combination is a nice size safe. With the dial It is nice not having to worry about losing the key. The dial does not seem very strong though. Time will tell if it will hold up to use. This is really nice to keep keepsakes like jewelry, coins and family photos in so they do not get damaged our lost. I was keeping them in a safety deposit box, but this saves me the fees and is so much more convenient.

Fireproof but unknown security
This was an affordable safe which seems very sturdy to protect items in a fire. The lock and latch work great. However, the entire thing is plastic, including where the locking bolts go into the side of the safe. This raises a concern regarding security, although I have no way of knowing if this concern is valid. I feel that given the marketing of providing security it should be reinforced with some type of metal in order to deter even amateur thieves.

Great Safe
FIREPROOF AND WATERPROOF SAFE WITH DIAL COMBINATION, 0.8 cu-ft
This safe is very high quality with a nice smooth dial and a delightful black finish. This safe is fireproof and waterproof keeping everything inside secure along with the 2-4 live-locking bolts and pry resistant hinge bars providing protection from forced entry and tool attacks. The size of this safe is also compact and can fit almost anywhere with ease at the same time it being 55lbs.
Definitely recommend this quality safe 10/10!

Just what we needed!
We were looking for a place to store all of our important documents and this SentrySafe is perfect. It is quite large, so we are able to fit all our documents, external hard drives, jewelry, photos, and USB drives and there's still room for other things if needed. The mechanical lock turns easily, but doesn’t seem like it is built very rugged. Be sure to read the instructions, as there’s a very particular way of turning the dial to enter numbers. Also - your safe code is on the back of the manual, so be sure you don’t lose that! The only downfall I can think of so far is it weighs 55 lbs, so isn’t overly heavy if someone were to try to take it without it being bolted down. Hopefully we never have to find out whether it withstands fire and/or water as promised, but for now, we have peace of mind knowing that our important items are in a safe place!
