X075 Safe has Fake Hollow locking bolts
Batteries leaked and I removed inside housing to clean off battery crust . Happen to look at the locking bolts inside . Discoverered they are chrome plated pieces of thinwall tubing NOT SOLID 3/4" bolts like they appear to be !!! They are only tab flared to hold them in place on the lock bracket A good pry and this thing would be open !!! Gzus I kept my gun in there!! The purpose of a safe is just that . This is basically a box with a fancy bait and switch latch assembly . I welded on 1/4' thick tabs and put a combination lock on it till I find a replacement..

Security sponges are not the answer
It's almost just as fast to bypass the keypad mechanism and access the solenoid directly due to the fact that you used a sponge to attempt to secure a very important piece of the safe. Because of the sponge, it's able to be defeated instantly and opened without a key or any tools AT ALL. All it takes is the correct length of wire.
Thats unbelievable and on the verge or criminally negligent, IMHO.

Can open it with a piece of wire through LED holes, because board is held using a piece of sponge

Stronge box with useless locking mechanism
I bought this safe to keep my items away from kids and to prevent theft.
I learned that this safe can be opened in seconds with a coat hanger.
This is very disappointing as the case is well made but the lock is held in place by a sponge which can easily be pushed out of the way so that the solenoid can be manipulated with a coat hanger

Easy set up and Items are secure
As a first time buyer, I had no problems registering my safe or setting up my own code. It seems safe and secure, and puts my mind at ease. It’s the perfect size for some jewelry, documents, and a hand gun. The only thing more I could ask for would be an insertable shelf to enhance storage for those storing smaller items. I will probably buy something to maximize the space inside. Overall, it is a great price for the security and size. I wish I’d bought one sooner.

Safe if bolted down
I bought the safe and saw the holes in the back for mounting and was able to break into the safe through them with a metal clothing hanger by resetting the lock code in about 30 seconds. I have no experience with safes or locks, and if I can get in, it worries me as to the security of these safes if they are accessible from the back.

Video is very misleading
I bought x105 as shown on this manufacturers video for a dorm safe because it had a security tether included as specifically shown in their own product video on their website in product description with footnote in corner referencing the model. Shows woman in dorm room with tethered safe. Exactly what I needed. I spent 3 hours researching it and then 1 hours going out to buy it. To my surprised no tether cable, so I called customer service and they told me the model does not have a security tether and never had one. Only portable smaller cash box safes, which will not work. They don't have a security tether to send me as they advertised in their video. I was very disappointed in their Marketing and lack of concern for a customer. Buyer beware.
