It’s hard to put jewelery holders in it without having to turn them which cause items on the holders to shift. The safe came with 1 shelf, not 2 and the pieces the hold the shelf do not come out easy to adjust the shelf height. Fresh batteries were installed and the safe isn’t working so I have to use the key to open it. This safe was intended to be used to replace a smaller sentry safe and I am disappointed in this safe.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by UnhappyCustomer from Looks strong, but thieves can open it easily I purchased this safe due to the fact it was marketed as top of the line, drill proof, interior hinges, very safe. I used it to store many valuables. I was victim of a robbery this weekend and thieves were able to access the safe and clear the contents within a few minutes. I was told they can do this by using a powerful rare earth magnet which disables the mechanism. If you are to purchase this, it should be as a firesafe ONLY as it is not secure.

Called and sent pictures and was told this was only cosmetic, no replacement or adjustment will be made. I wanted a safe to put client paperwork in and is in open view In an office.
