I find out the safe is locked and there's no keys and has a dead keypad so I cant get in to set it up. Complete incompetence. Now I have to do it all over again and take it back to the store

Didn’t realize the damage until I had it all set up. I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it and getting another one. So, it’ll do.
