Rated 1 out of 5 by Allan Kelly from Looks like a great safe! But, batteries go dead... Wife said we had to had a SAFE. So, bought one. Now, we can't get in it. Using 9V battery (4 AAAs are dead again) the safe will only accept 3 numbers and shuts down. Red ALARM & ERROR lights flash ON and go OFF. Customer SERVICE is waiting 30 to 45 minutes, and then a HANG UP.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Emilio Paramo from Failed, no access to my values Keypad failed, no access to my values, no applicable warranty (3 months after purchase from Home Depot), recommendation from Master Lock (Sentry Safe customer support): "...the only way you’ll get access to the safe is by contacting a locksmith. They will drill the safe open so that you can remove your personal belongings. The safe will no longer be usable at that point."

Rated 1 out of 5 by lkincaid from Faulty KeyPad Its a nice looking safe but the keypad is faulty. I had to call CS and get a replacement which also develop a faulty keypad. They were very helpful in assisting me in getting both safe open and replacing both safe. I had to get a different type safe the third time. No problems as of yet.
