I find out the safe is locked and there's no keys and has a dead keypad so I cant get in to set it up. Complete incompetence. Now I have to do it all over again and take it back to the store

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mossy from New Sentinal Safe It’s hard to give it a 5 star just yet because thankfully my house hasn’t burnt down or been flooded and put it to the test, but it’s a nice sturdy safe with plenty of room inside. The shelf is a handy thing to have in there as well. An override key might be useful. The key it came with locks the keypad, which is useful too, but maybe an override might be handy. From Costco, the delivery was very slow, which has effectively lost a few weeks off the warranty from the purchase date (to delivery and installation date) but nothing I can do about that.
