Make sure you have two people to position it in place once it arrives. I thought the keys were a backup way to open the safe but they just add another layer of protection and work in conjunction with, not instead of, the main electronic lock.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Brian77 from Incompetence Just purchased this sentry 1.23 cubic foot safe. After i muscled this 85 pond safe multiple times to get it home to set up. I find out the safe is locked and there's no keys and has a dead keypad so I cant get in to set it up. Complete incompetence. Now I have to do it all over again and take it back to the store
