What started out with me contacting customer support for assistance in replacing dead batteries in order to gain entry into my safe, I had the fortunate experience to get the knowledgeable and exceptionally patient assistance from Shantell; by far the most informative, knowledgeable, kindest, and most patient Customer Service Representative that I can't begin to thank her enough for all of her insightful help. All of my paperwork with with model and serial number were locked up safe and tight inside the safe until I could finally replace the batteries to gain entry into my safe. I'm so appreciative of Shanell's assistance and patience with me over the battery fiasco that finally enabled me to gain entry into my safe, allowing me to get the paperwork I needed in order to officially register my safe into my name that was initially my fiance's who died in my arms of Congestive Heart Failure in August, 2019 at 49 years old. I think that every one of these stars should all 5 be lit up for the exceptional customer service assistance and kindness I received from shanell. She needs a raise, promotion and proper recognition for going above and beyond the simple role of customer service representative to amazing kindness extended to a customer that she extended exceptional assistance to and allowed me to feel like I mattered both to her and to the company!!!!
