Rated 5 out of 5 by Sherbear from Had since October 2021 We Love our safes. One is used by my husband and myself, the other was mom-in-law's and now is being used by our son. We have had the safes for over 10 years. Greatfully we have not had to test the fire proof factor nor the flood. However, I would advise others to get the packets to help keep things dry. I plan to buy some more in the near future, as the ones I have, have lost their effectiveness. Also the ones I bought in the past were from a different company.
