Rated 4 out of 5 by Lski from Very good product but some suggestions ... I like the safe but experienced a problem that could be easily remedied. I mounted the safe to a concrete floor and had a hard time locating the holes drilled in the bottom of the safe to the floor. What might help is to provide a cardboard template for drilling into the floor. Had a problem registering my fingerprints for the first time ... until I noticed a small thin plastic over the print reader ... then it worked fine. Mentioning this in the instructions might have saved me over a half hour. The handle of the safe only moves a few degrees and sometimes disengages the lever. Since it moves so little it’s hard to know if the handle needs to be pulled up again before opening. This causes multiple attempts at opening. If the handle could move 45 to 90 degrees it would be more obvious. Other than these minor issues, the safe is very well built easy to program, and has an attractive exterior. I cut out the bottom and back of a box and place it over the safe so it just looks like a box is being stored in my closet. Less obvious that way.
