It did the first couple of times but then just recently it stopped. It appears the locking tab that swings into the corresponding slot is bent downwards. The first photo I posted shows where it is hitting. The tab I am referring to is shown in the second photo. Unfortunately this happened right after the Amazon return window had closed so I contacted/emailed Sentry Safe for assistance. It has been been about 4 days and have not heard anything from them. Guess I'm out of luck.
