Awesome Safe
I really like this SentrySafe with Dial Combination and Override Key. It is sturdy, fireproof, and waterproof so I know my valuables are protected. This safe is really good quality too. After being locked out of one of my other safes, I love that this has an override key. Also this design helps to keep my items organized with its shelf and key hangers. I’m a big fan of this safe and love that SentrySafe has created a customer website to document your safe combo and other important info. I am highly impressed and definitely recommend this safe. I tried to upload some photos for y’all but was unable to but this safe is stylish!

Sturdy and secure
This seems like a sturdy and secure safe. I like that it has the combination lock and a key override. To me a combination lock is better than a digital one as you never have to worry about the battery for the digital entry to die. The combination code is pre set at the factory. If you register the safe online, and forget your combination, you can get it that way. I like that there is a shelf in the safe and that the shelf is adjustable. There are 4 levels you can place the shelf to fit your needs. Great product.

Newer and Better
This was a replacement for a 20 year old Sentry Safe. We couldn’t open it when we came home from vacation to add our passports. We originally purchased it because we wanted our adult children to be able to access important documents without going to a bank deposit box. The Sentry customer service spent about 45 minutes trying to help us troubleshoot but we all agreed it was time to get a new one. The new one is about the same outside dimensions but seems to hold more because it has a removable adjustable shelf. The door is thicker and seems stronger. So far, we are satisfied with the quality and customer service!

Fire & Water Proof Safe - This is Awesome!
SentrySafe Fireproof and Waterproof Safe is a great addition to the house as it comes with great features, including 1-hour fire protection up to 1700°F and 24-hour water protection in up to 5 in. of water. In addition, the safe comes with pry-resistant hinge bar, automatic steel bolts, approximately 0.81 cubic feet of storage, and both Dial Combination and Override Key as unlocking options.
All of these are reasons why I like the safe so much as it definitely helps protect important valuables that are often times irreplaceable against unexpected situations or circumstances. Definitely recommend it!

No good
I’m surprised they asked for a review. Tested the combination and key and it worked fine. Locked my valuables. 1/2 hour later it would not open with combination or keys. Sentry sent new keys - still wouldn’t open. A lock smith got it open for $305 and said the lock had a “catastrophic failure” I’m still waiting for a refund and also the promised $250 to cover the locksmith. So I spent $ 55 for nothing assuming I get reimbursed.

Disappointed in this safe
SentrySafe has always been my go-to when it comes to protecting my valuables, however, this time I cannot recommend this new safe. At first glance the safe looks great and is very heavy which gives the false sense of security. The outer shell is plastic and the combination lock is plastic which feels very cheap and makes it hard to turn. Upon opening, I noticed that the "Steel bolts" were flimsy and I could easily bend them as the only thing holding them in place is a plastic shell that is attached with screws. I removed this plastic and the inside locking mechanism is very cheap and it appears the safe is made out of plastic and a hard material that was poured into the safe, there doesn't appear to be any steel to offer any actual protection. The slots where the bolts go into is made out of plastic and could be pried open pretty easily. This seems to be a budget model but for the price it isn't worth it. Unfortunately I won't be using this safe as I don't feel it’s as secure as other safes made from SentrySafe. I tried to attach photos but it is giving me an error.

Heavy duty safe with great features
This is a heavy duty safe with great features. First off, let me say that I was surprised by the size of the safe. Not only does it have a combination lock, but it also has a set of keys to override the lock. The lock itself is a master lock, which speaks volumes. A well-known company for wonderful combination locks. The safe itself is both fire, proof and waterproof. The construction is top notch. The weight and construction of the safe make this a top pick for me. I’m very pleased with the safe, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to keep their valuables in a safe place.

Great Quality Heavy Duty Safe
After scanning the QR code the instructions were very clear how to open the safe with the number wheel lock, I really like the fact that there is a key backup in case someone misplaces the code . Very large interior that will hold any and all important papers and checkbooks that anyone has. Plenty of room for family heirlooms and pieces that you want totally protected from fire or water if there is a disaster. Super Heavy Duty that no one will just walk off with it and it fits on top of the filing cabinet like it was made for it. Very impressed with the quality and ease of use.
