But they sent me a new one right away, and it seems fine. It's very lightweight, and I also added my items to some fire and water proof bags for extra protection. The customer service was great, and they rectified the door issue asap.

Instructions are easy to understand and was able to open combination on first attempt. Hope to never find out if it's fire and water proof but eases my mind that the contents have a chance of surviving.
