It is very durable, I accidentally dropped it while moving it and nothing happened to it, everything worked just fine and there were no cracks inside or outside. The safe is compact but very spacious, I have more than enough room for sensitive documents, emergency money, and jewelery. It holds more than you would imagine. We do keep a firearm inside as well and feel safe with it being in this safe. I love that they provided 2 keys with the safe incase there's no time to use the keypad, you can also silence the keypad incase of an emergency.

Its compact size makes it easy to fit in a convenient location while still providing ample storage space. The fireproof feature gives me peace of mind, knowing that my belongings are safeguarded in case of emergencies. The locking mechanism is secure and easy to use, adding an extra layer of security. Overall, this safe exceeded my expectations and I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars for its reliability and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Soph22 from Functional and Easy to Use This is an excellent sized safe! It's super easy to set up and I like that they even have videos to guide you visually. All you have to do is scan the code on the front of the safe and it will take you to the setup page with all the videos they have explaining everything. Very easy to watch and follow along. I really like that it comes with a small shelf that can be adjusted to your liking. I love that it comes with a backup key as well. Note that the key is inside the safe and you will have to put in the factory code (comes in the instruction manual) to open the safe. Very handy to have a key if you ever forget your code. It's very simple to set up your own personal code and I love that it allows you to program up to 2 codes. Overall I would recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by KS in Ohio from Safe won’t open The safe will not open with the code provided for the keypad. After trying to use the auxiliary battery troubleshooting suggestion, I noted that the manual lock was in the locked position. Because the safe has an override manual key but is inside the safe , I have requested another key to try and open the safe. After that arrives and I attempt to open the safe, if successful, I will again try using the code to see if the safe will open. If it still won’t open my only recourse is to return it.

This safe is a must have done any all important items in your home or office!! Very easy to use ! This safe has a digital keypad and a override key. And best of all it's fireproof and water proof!! Say what!!? I highly recommend this safe it's top of the , high quality! This safe is built to last. Don't walk but run and get this safe for your valuables!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ju5tscream from Great safe! This is a very large and great quality safe. It did arrive with a lot of dust inside and outside the safe. I had to clean it before I started to use it. With a backlit digital keypad and 2 keys as a back up. The locking mechanism is very responsive and unlocks super fast after inputting the code. It’s also locks back just as fast. It has a tray shelf which it great for the extra storage on top instead of stacking things. The inside of the door has key hooks as well. The only thing is the safe is about 2 inches too short on depth because if I place folders in it straight in, it prevents the door of the safe from closing. This may be a typical thing with safes, not entirely sure. I have to stack everything sideways which is still ok because it fits. Overall this is a super impressive safe! I’m very happy to have it!

It's very heavy, so heavy I had a hard time moving it where I wanted it. It probably weighs about 40 pounds but it makes it harder for someone to walk out with it! I live in my RV full time while I'm working out of town and have wanted a Safe for a long time for my jewelry and important papers since RVs aren't known to be Fireproof!! I am really happy with the dual entry - I don't have to hunt my keys every time I want in it. I like that it has an adjustable shelf too! I can keep my birth/marriage/divorce records, car titles, etc. safe from fire and water! It measures almost, but not quite square at about 16.5" wide, 14.5" tall, and about 17" deep. I apologize for no pictures but I'm not having any luck downloading or uploading them today! Take my word - it's solid!!
