    Rated 2 out of 5 by Oopsi82many from Worked great till it broke. I’ve had this safe for a couple years now. Yesterday I went to open it and the handle snapped off. Like completely snapped off. I have a picture anyway the key was turned and unlocked and it wouldn’t open because I couldn’t move the lever because the handle broke I don’t know what to say. It worked great until it broke I tried to reach out to customer support, but it won’t let me submit it after I filled in all fields, checked all boxes and proved I wasn’t a robot. It said error (I have pictures of that too)

    Rated 2 out of 5 by David DeMulle from CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A TOTAL WASTE This was a Christmas present for me, unfortunately, when picking up the papers and boxes, I accidently threw away the keys. When I called to request another set of keys, I was told that they were $29. That's 1/3 the cost of the whole safe. A locksmith charged me $14 for 2 of them. Sentry Safe is a rip-off. I'll never buy another one.
