Asked to speak to someone higher up and he said they didn’t take phone calls. Told me supervisor would tell me the same thing return to store because they are the ones who sold you a defective product.

Getting the key into the lock has not be easy from the say I bought the safe bit within a month the key wouldn't even go in. It took some force and blunt objects but I finally got the key in to open it. If Sentry would put a better quality of lock on this all of their other safes their products would then deserve a 5 star rating.
