It gets harder and harder to open the latch, just doesn’t seem to push to let the safe open and I don’t know how to fix it. I thought it would get easier overtime, but it’s not. Even my husband can’t get it open. You have to push down and pull the latch to get it to open, but this requires more than a dozen or more tries to get it perfect. We store important papers in it and don’t get into it often but every time we do We get more and more frustrated. Too late to return so we’re off to find a new one.
