Rated 4 out of 5 by CKL926 from STILL THINKING MY FINAL REVIEW I have the safe for like 6 days today and working good. I’m worried about the keys that comes with it. Those keys don’t open the door at all. In case the key pad malfunctioning or forgot the code , this key should open your safe immediately but in my case I have tried to do that n the keys doesn’t work at all. I hav es no idea what’s going on. I haven’t call the company to find out yet. The safe looks pretty good statically speaking and feel strong and sturdy, My big question is why they made tha safe box handle from plastic? Speaking of quality this is the part that doesn’t match ( PLASTIC HANDLE) Overall the safe looks and feel expensive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MagicalUnicorn from False Sense of Security It's a nice safe, but let's call it what it really is: a false sense of security. Unless it's bolted down, it's extremely easy to move which really is somewhat to be expected from a safe this size; however, what is extremely concerning is that this safe can be cut completely through with a regular circular saw at least from what is demonstrated by a locksmith on a popular video streaming platform. With that in mind, I'll keep the safe, and I'll use it for some documents and a few other important items in case of a fire, but I'll rely more on my cameras, motion detectors, and Glock for Security than I will the safe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Taz4ever from Not as expected I purchased this to protect my jewelry and documents. Was not expecting that the materials to create the safe could damage my jewelry. It did not say any of this on the box; that my jewelry would need to be in an airtight container within the safe in order for it to be protected. The company does not offer an accessory of this airtight container. Nor a shelf with built in airtight container. Very disappointed that I need to find something else where which might maximize the available pullout safe tray. Additionally, the coded lock sometimes requires the code multiple times before it will open. I'm considering returning for refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Labusker from Please remove the word "Safe" off its title Before buying and after looking at pictures, no where did not I see the uselessness of its hinges. The exposed hinge that's only attached with two 2" tabs is inviting trouble. Its like having arrows pointed at it stating "Break into me here". The safe either needs locking bolts on the hinge side or a flush hinge, or maybe at least a full solid hinge. Too much effort went into building this device to skimp on the hinge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by theofury from Great Safe for the Price Great Safe for an apartment closet. Fire resistant and water resistant. Easy to operate. You can add up to two combinations besides the factory combination. Lots of space for important papers, jewelry, cash. Arrived undamaged and as described. Registration was a breeze and you can store all your combinations should you forget them. One minor downside is you are provided with two bolts and washers. I believe Sentry should supply four bolts and washers and allow the merchant to decide if they want to use two bolts verses three or four bolts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GuitarGuy from Just what we needed It really is just what we needed. Big enough to hold all our important papers. Small enough to easily conceal. Digital lock is a big plus making it very easy to get into quickly when we need to. The internal light is a great feature. The drawer is very handy for smaller items and boxes. I saw some You Tube videos showing how easy it is to get into, and it's not going to stop a professional - nothing will. But it will deter the "casual" opportunistic thief. The Safe Store employee tried to tell us it's easy to get into, but then again he admitted that even his more expensive brand safes were equally as easy. They certainly weren't worth 2 or 3 times the cost. We are overall very happy with the safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Textel from Great safe, perfect size This is a great little safe for important documents (birth certificates, will, etc.) and is big enough for a stack of folders as well as a couple of binders. I love the shelf, and also the pocket in the door. The combination lock is slick and easy to program and use. The key is an additional level of protection, but I'm not currently using it. The instructions are well written (which is rare these days). It comes with a little bag of desiccant, but I bought the rechargeable one from Amazon. I hope I never have to find out about the fire, water, or burglary resistant performance :). I waited for a couple of weeks to see how it worked out, and so far it's been fantastic!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jeisha5588 from Does not work and customer service was the WORST Not only does my safe not open on every try, but I was treated so bad on the phone. The male who picked up the phone was having a bad day and let it all out on me even after I asked him not too. He then hung up on me after I asked to speak with someone else. I cant recommend this safe because it doesn't open on every try the mechanisms are bad and unreliable its cheap and the service is the worst I have ever received. They say the calls are monitored so I hope they find who treated me so badly and left me with a broken safe and they can get him some customer service training. I don't recommend at all.
