Offices need to be spring cleaned too! Talk to your manager about allowing you some time during the workday to clean out the office. Don't think that you are going to clean and organize the entire home in one day, or even in one weekend. Make a list of everything you want to accomplish, and then break the tasks down into smaller steps. Finally, schedule each activity on your calendar. By breaking each task down you know exactly where to start, and it makes getting organized less overwhelming.

If you look around your home asking what can be donated, often the answer is "nothing".
