    Rated 5 out of 5 by Hayden from Great safe! Get desiccant packets Great safe! Get the desiccant packets for sure to prevent mold but it really doesn't seem to get damp quickly. I had my documents in it for a month before getting desiccant packets and they were fine. But don't want to risk it without.

The customer service, however, was completely unsatisfactory to the point I will never buy from the vendor again. I wanted to return the product because it did not work for my needs. I was told I would have to pay for shipping AND there was going to be a 25% restocking fee. It would have cost nearly as much to return it than what I paid for it. Talk about greed!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by Colossal Fossil from Keys cost as much as the safe I purchased this item from a liquidation company that resells returns, to get a deal and keep it out of a landfill. It did not include keys. Purchasing keys costs about the same as buying a new safe with keys, so I guess it will go to the landfill anyway.

I was paying so much in fees to rent a box that I purchased this safe instead and could not be happier with it. Everything fits in it perfectly and cleanly. Perfect for my small condo when storing it. I could not be happier although it is a bit heavy but that is what makes it fireproof!

A standard letter-sized document fits perfectly, but many of our documents had file folders that were too large to lie flat, so we just didn't put them in. It is certainly reassuring to know that all our essential documents are as safe as we can keep them at home.
