The gasket comes off too easily, it should be glued or otherwise secured in place other than by tension. Perhaps place it on the base instead of the lid? The lock needs to be upgraded. Otherwise it’s acceptably good.

Ridiculous that it needs a separate purchase of desiccant packs to keep your items from getting wet and moldy. And yes, as expected, smaller than promised by published inside dimensions. Just remember you are getting what you paid for.

This case seems tough and sturdy and it feels like it would do the job of protecting what's inside should it ever be in a fire or flood etc.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by mh111 from Plastic Handle Snapped Off Chest worked fine for a few years, then the plastic handle snapped right out of the chest. It was past the 1-yr manufacturer's warranty period, maybe three or four years of light use. In hindsight, I recommend that you spend a little more money for a better brand or a higher-quality product of this brand.
