When ordering keys, you will need to provide some basic information about your product:
Model number, safe serial number and/or lock number, and notarized statement of
ownership, as below:

Order Keys By Mail
Send check or money order for: $15 (US Funds) for keys sent Standard Delivery. You
will receive your order within 5-15 days (location dependent) from our receipt of
Express Delivery is also available (delivered within 48 hours from the receipt of
your order. Please mark your envelop "Special Express Key Order". Express Delivery
is an additional charge of $30 for US orders, $40 (US funds) for Canada/Mexico orders.

NOTE: Express Delivery means guaranteed 48-hour (two business days). Express delivery
orders received after 2:30 p.m. will be processed as if received the next day. For
a mail order, 48-hour delivery is from the date your check or money order is received.
Also, any orders placed AFTER 2:00 P.M. EST on Fridays will not be processed until
the following Monday. This applies to Express and Standard Delivery orders.

To order replacement keys by telephone, call 1-800-828-1438.
Please note: Keys that require a signed, notarized statement of ownership are not
available for purchase by phone.
For a credit card order, 48-hour Express Delivery is from the date the
order is processed. Standard Delivery for telephone purchases of replacement
keys is 15 days.

After you have placed your order follow the Instructions on the notary form. These instructions include how to return the form to the SentrySafe customer service department.
